What we collect

We collect your name, email, the payment reference you provide (e.g. a transaction ID — we do not store card numbers), and device/IP data for fraud prevention. Payments are made directly by USDT, PayPal, CashPlus, KAST, RedotPay, or CIH Bank; we only record proof of payment. We do not sell your data to anyone.

Why we collect it

To provide the service, process payments, prevent abuse (account sharing), and respond to support requests.

How long we keep it

We retain account data while your subscription is active and for 12 months after the last activity. Billing records are kept for 7 years per accounting law.

Cookies

We use only essential storage for your login session and preferences. No advertising cookies and no third-party tracking.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, correction, or deletion at any time by emailing support@tooltrack.pro.

Third-party processors

We keep third parties to a minimum. Login codes are delivered by email and/or Telegram. Payments are made directly to us through the payment method you choose at checkout.
