Because each payment creates a confirmed access period for the workspace, we generally don't process refunds after activation. Your subscription does not auto-renew — so there's nothing to "cancel" in the first place.

That said, if something genuinely goes wrong on our end — a technical issue, a duplicate payment, or a tool you specifically counted on isn't accessible in the first 24 hours — message us. We'll work with you.
