1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ToolTrack Solutions (“ToolTrack”, “we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our service.
2. Service Description
ToolTrack provides shared access to third-party premium software tools through a unified workspace. We are a third-party reseller and are not officially affiliated with or endorsed by the tool providers.
3. Subscription & Payments
Subscriptions are non-renewing. You pay once for a fixed duration (1 month, 2 months, 3 months, or 6 months). No auto-renewal. Payments are accepted manually by USDT, PayPal, CashPlus, KAST, RedotPay, or CIH Bank. Prices are shown in USD, with a Moroccan dirham equivalent for local payment methods.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) share your account credentials with others; (b) use the service for any illegal purpose; (c) attempt to extract, scrape, or redistribute tool access; (d) resell access to your account. Violation results in immediate termination without refund.
5. Tool Availability
We work hard to maintain 99%+ uptime but do not guarantee any specific tool will always be available. Tools may experience outages outside our control. We will not issue refunds for individual tool outages.

7. Limitation of Liability
ToolTrack is provided “as is”. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the service.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
