After you send the payment, we confirm it and issue your access code. Open the desktop app or dashboard and sign in with the same email.

A tool isn’t loading. What now?

Access is refreshed daily — try again in a few minutes, or message us and switch to an alternative meanwhile.

Can I use ToolTrack on more than one device?

Yes — the web dashboard and the Windows desktop app are both included with every plan.

How do refunds and renewals work?
